Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@naturalluxe.co with your order number and reason for return. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email hello@naturalluxe.co with your order number and a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Non-Returnable Items - Items returned after 14 days of delivery - Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging Sale Items Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
